# The Room rate includes 20% VAT and Tourist tax. 

# Cancellation deadline: 2 days before the day of arrival. In case of a later cancellation or no-show we charge your credit card with the first night's room rate, or if the reservation was made for 7 nights or more we charge your credit card with the first two night's room rate.

# We do not charge your credit card in advance, but we keep the right to preauthorize the late cancellation / no show fee (1 or 2 nights - see above)

# Rooms can be occupied from 2 pm on the day of arrival. You are kindly asked to leave the room until 11 am upon departure. Early check-in or late check-out can be requested upon capacity.

# Our special offers are based on the length of stay. We keep the right to alter the room-rate if the stay is shortened.

# We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
